Naming, Branding, Logo, Print, Website for a new company.
The cleaning industry is not typically considered very exciting, so it is challenging to come up with a unique name and clean marketing concept. Global Reach took the challenge and partnered with Shine Line to create a refreshing company name, identity, marketing collateral and website.
After initial consultation and kickoff meeting, we were able to identify our “best audience,” competitive advantages, challenges and main goals for the future of the company.
We started with naming. Using notes from the meeting as well as ideas from our clients and our team, we were able to come up with a comprehensive list of names. Though careful review with Carina, we chose a name that says it all – Shine Line.
After the name was decided, we secured their domain name and started working on branding. Branding for a cleaning company needed to reflect not only the nature of the business, but the people that work there and their pledge to customers.
Our creative process continued with logo design. One of the main criterion for logo design is to make it effective across digital, printed and signage materials. Our graphic designers came up with 6 initial logo concepts. After many edits, meetings and upwards of 50 cups of coffee, we came up with a final logo that reflected our client’s vision.
The Company Letterhead & Stationery
After the logo was completed, our graphic designers proceeded with business card, letterhead, and envelope design. We ensured stationery design complemented logo design so that the overall company brand promoted an professional and trustworthy image. These marketing materials allowed Shine Line to tender for and pitch against their competitors in a more professional way and have enabled them to secure many new contracts.
Our designers and developers worked closely with Shine Line to design a website that reflects customer vision while displaying offered services. A critical goal for Shine Line Cleaning was to provide their customers with the ability to find services easily, as well as the ability to browse on mobile devises. Their website is easily maintained via a content management system (CMS).
